Voyager/ASFFWA Manuscript Assessment

HarperVoyager and ASFFWA are announcing an initiative for ASFFWA members working towards publication.

HarperVoyager will have four people, including the publisher Stephanie Smith, read a partial of your manuscript and give an assessment that will give feedback and a publishing context to your work.

Guidelines: Submissions must be under 10,000 words and intended to be part of a novel, can be of any speculative fiction genre, and the creator must be a member of ASFFWA at any level.

Judging: Submissions will be sent to the committee, where one of us will strip all names and identifiers from your manuscript. The rest will read and judge the entries and select the top five. These five will then go to Russell B Farr and Liz Grzyb, the editors of Ticonderoga Press, who will then select the winner to go to HarperVoyager.

Start work! Submissions will open in July.
