Review:

The Worry Solution is a short self help book covering three basic principles of deep breathing, imagery and positive thinking. While none of these techniques are new, the manner in which Rossman writes may reach a person who hasn’t yet learnt these techniques.

Rossman goes through the various aspects of our emotions, such as worrying, stress and anxiety and examines the common causes of these feelings. He also explains how to change the way you think and feel by changing your outlook on life. Step by step techniques to changing your life and dealing with challenging situations and their subsequent emotional responses are also covered by Rossman.

The Worry Solution also covers how not all worry is bad for you. In certain circumstances worry protects you and is helpful, but to a certain point. Knowing when worry is taking your emotions to a hazardous level and you need to free yourself from this pattern and change the way you think.

Overall, this book had some good tips in it.
