Review:

Bob Dylan: Stories Behind the Songs is part of a series of interesting books that comprehensively details the formation of the songs on each album of popular artists such as Bowie and Dylan. The great thing about these books is how they only cover the classic albums that made the musician’s famous.

I’ve never been a big Bob Dylan fan, but always been fascinated about how he became so popular and what made his songs so famous. This book was very informative and well written, giving the reader an insight into how Dylan created each song and each album.

I feel that after reading this book I have a better appreciation of just what went into Dylan’s music and where he was coming from as an artist.
